Description
The dry load drum separator consists of a powerful magnetic drum with non-magnetic shielding with high or low magnetic field intensity (depending on the demand and the material to be separated) and a permanent magnetic array. With proper feeding it separates the materials spread on the rotating shield into magnetic and non-magnetic categories. Thanks to their special design, the dry drum separators are easily installed in production lines without interrupting production. They save energy and labour costs with their design that does not require excessive energy consumption or labour. The material is poured into magnetic drums. The non-magnetic parts descend into the front compartment at the speed of rotation of the drum without being affected by the magnetic field. The magnetic parts are held together by the force of the magnetic field generated inside the drums and ejected from the rear conductors where the magnetic field ends.

Operating principle
The machine generally consists of a carrier chassis, a feed group, a feeder, a magnetic drum group, an electro-mixer and a control panel. The product flows onto the vibrating disc with the help of the feeding hopper. The product is properly spread by means of the vibrating disc and when it reaches the magnetic drum, the non-magnetic material is discharged by means of centrifugal force and separated in the non-magnetic material duct. The magnetic materials continue to be transported in the roll under the influence of the magnetic drum until they are cut off by its magnetic force. The product separated by this force is transferred to the magnetic material conductor.
