ELECTROMAGNETIC SEPARATION DRUM
Description
With proper power supply the electromagnetic drum separates the materials spread on its non-magnetic shielding into magnetizable and non-magnetizable categories. It can be used for larger material sizes compared to dry magnetic drum separators. The material passes through the magnetic drums. The non-magnetic parts pass through according to the rotational speed of the drum without being affected by the magnetic field. The magnetized parts are held together by the force of the magnetic field created inside the drums and ejected from the zone where the magnetic field ends.
Areas of use
Used in recycling stations to separate magnetisable materials from other materials.
