Due to the nature of online shopping, it is common that the expectations of the final recipient are not met by the product of his/her choice, due to the lack of physical contact with the item to be purchased.
Magnitech.gr, by supporting e-commerce, gives you the opportunity, through the completeness of the descriptions posted on its pages, to enjoy the privilege of direct contact with the products available from your computer screen, quickly and easily.
But wanting to cover our customers even more, in order to highlight the benefits of using the internet in our daily shopping, we offer the possibility of returning the products.
Below we list the terms and conditions and ways to return non-defective products.
Terms of refund
The date of receipt of your order with the date of submission of the request for return must not exceed 14 calendar days.
The packaging must not have been tampered with and must be in its original (factory) condition.
Return procedure
If you are near our store, you can visit our store and after the condition of the product is checked by us, we can guide you further.
If received via Courrier
- The product is packed in a larger box so that it is protected during shipment.
- You place a document in the packaging you have made in which you set out how you wish us to resolve the financial dispute if the product is deemed suitable for return.
- You send the parcel, via the courier agency from which you received your order, to the Returns Department. Please note that the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We would like to point out that in case the product does not meet the above mentioned conditions, it will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
