Just magnets… We have the solution for every magnetic fix you need!
Self-cleaning electromagnetic separators are capable of removing large ferrous materials from the conveyor belt and automatically discharging them. Thanks to their powerful electromagnetic field, they can be effective at greater working distances compared to permanent magnets, and they can also separate larger pieces of iron. With the belt rotating around the magnet, captured ferrous pieces are automatically ejected by the system. In addition, thanks to a special oil-cooling system, they can operate at 100% of the production cycle.
They are used to protect crusher blades by installing them on the crusher’s infeed conveyor belts.
It is used in recycling plants to separate ferrous materials from other materials.
They feature a structure designed for 24/7 operation, with the option for the operator to intervene when necessary.
The magnet has an iron core with coils wound around it.
It can be easily installed over a conveyor belt.
It can be safely used in many different industries.
It prevents damage to crushers along the production line caused by metal contaminants.
Advantages
Separates magnetizable materials, protecting and speeding up the production process.
Used to separate ferrous scrap (-) from (+) materials.
Designed for systems that require ferrous separation, ensuring product purity.
Ensures more efficient operation thanks to the self-cleaning function.
