Due to the nature of online shopping, it is common for the final recipient’s expectations not to be fully met by the product they selected, because there is no physical contact with the item before purchase.

Magnitech.gr, supporting e-commerce, offers you the ability—through the completeness of the descriptions posted on its pages—to enjoy the advantage of “direct contact” with the products available, from your computer screen, quickly and easily.

Return Terms

  • The period between the delivery date of your order and the date you submit the return request must not exceed 14 calendar days.
  • The packaging must not have been opened and must remain in its original (factory) condition.

Return Procedure

  • In-store

    If you are near our store, you may visit us and—after we check the condition of the product—we will guide you in choosing the most suitable magnets based on your needs.

  • If you received your order via Courier

    Pack the product in a larger box so it is protected during shipping.

    Place inside your package a document stating how you would like us to resolve the financial matter, provided the product is deemed suitable for replacement.

    Send the parcel through the same courier company that delivered your order, delivered to the Returns Department. Please note that the return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

    We would like to point out that if the product does not meet the above terms, it will be returned to the sender at their own expense.

  • If you received your order via BOX NOW
