Description

The self-cleaning Overband magnetic separator with automatic cleaning is a type of separator used to remove magnetizable materials that pass through the production process. These machines are installed either perpendicular or parallel to the conveyor belt and capture iron particles, discharging them via the machine’s automatic cleaning system.The conveyed material does not come into direct contact with the magnet, allowing wet or sticky materials heated up to 150°C to be separated easily. Self-cleaning magnetic separators are designed according to the required dimensions and can be installed (perpendicular or parallel to the belt).
