Description

The electromagnetic liquid separator is one of the most effective machines for processing fine ores with weak magnetic properties and can be used for purifying non-metallic minerals. The separation ring rotates vertically with the matrix, and the direction in which the materials are drawn is opposite to the feed direction.

Operation

The magnetic elements are in a matrix form and, after capturing and removing magnetic particles from the slurry fed with 0–50% solids, operate according to the principle of magnetic particle separation. The electromagnetic coil generates an adjustable magnetic field in the range of 0–20,000 Gauss.
